Shipping time

All pieces are processed within 1 week after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. A tracking link will be provided. 

Collection

If you’d rather come and collect your order in Haarlem please get in touch to arrange this, shipping costs can be refunded accordingly if this is organised.

Missing Items or Damage

If an item goes missing, please contact me and the postal service. I’ll do my best to help resolve the issue, whether through a refund or a replacement. Breakages or losses are rare and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside Europe are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Import duties and taxes, determined by the destination country, are the recipient's responsibility. These charges vary, and we cannot estimate them.
