Each artwork is part of a numbered, limited edition series, which means we cannot accept returns. This policy preserves the integrity and collectible nature of each edition.

If your artwork arrives damaged, we are fully committed to resolving the issue. Please reach out to us at info@florianmarkus.com with photos of the damage, and we will promptly arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
